Our investment process employs a disciplined, top down, growth oriented approach:

• We first establish a macro view of the economy and the market.
• Proprietary screens are then run against the William O'Neil Database (WONDA) of approximately 8,000 US stocks and 2,000 Canadian stocks.
• A candidate list of stocks is produced and analyzed against Rival's established macro view.
• These candidates are then filtered down to those with the most favourable fundamental and technical characteristics.
• A combination of in-house and external research is consulted to determine a final investment decision.
• The portfolio is reviewed on a daily basis.
